Pizza Hut - Huntington

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. They delivered my order to the wrong address, and I had to go downstairs to retrieve it myself. I always strive to give honest reviews, but this was the worst experience I've had there.

They initially brought us the wrong pizza, but later returned with the correct one.

I enjoy switching up our dinner nights with some delicious pizza and wings. The bread is always perfectly moist, and the wings are fantastic!

I picked up my order and it wasn't right. I took it back inside and the lady tried to make every excuse to why it was my fault and not theirs. I had my receipt and the order pulled up online showing exactly how I ordered it, which was different from how I got it. The lady continued to argue and raise her voice at me telling me she wasn't going to change the order and I needed to leave. Very ride and disrespectful and unwilling to fix their own mistake.

The Pizza Hut on 3rd Ave is super convenient for those living on or around the campus of Marshall University. Very quick with online ordering via their mobile app. Rewards program offered for returning loyal customers. This location does not offer dine in services but does have a free standing beverage cooler with a lot of Pepsi products both 2 liter and 20oz. This location has very stable and friendly staff! In comparison to other local pizza franchises Pizza Hut beats out the competition particularly Dominos with their rewards program!
