Contribuisci feedbackWendy's has consistently been my favorite fast food restaurant, and this location is no different. The food is top-notch, and the staff is always friendly. I also love the convenience of being able to access Wendy's through the gas station convenience store. The only reason I'm not giving it a full five stars is because its proximity to the gas station leads to a rather strong smell while eating, which can be a bit overwhelming.
I had a fantastic experience at Wendy's! I savored a delightful strawberry frosty while enjoying the car show, which made for an entertaining evening!
I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru recently. I placed my order without any issues, and there was no one behind me in line. However, I was asked to pull into a designated spot and wait for my food to be brought out. After waiting for five, then ten, and finally fifteen minutes, I decided to go inside to check on my order. To my surprise, I found the staff cleaning up, with no customers in sight, either inside the restaurant or at the drive-thru. When I asked about my food, they had completely forgotten my order and that I was still waiting. The staff member apologized for the mistake and issued a refund, but I eventually received my order as well. As someone who eats at McDonald's 3-4 times a week for breakfast, I wanted to try Wendy's this time, but I ended up wasting half an hour. Time is valuable.
I visited the restaurant at 9 AM, and everything felt exceptionally fresh. I even asked if they had just opened, as it took a while for my order to come out, and I was the only customer there! There was no one at the drive-thru either. The French toast sticks were fantastic!
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at a Wendy’s that I've never encountered before. The employee was using his personal phone while processing my payment. When I asked for a receipt, he responded, "Can't you check your bank?" I told him I needed a receipt for my records, but he accused me of holding up the line and even threatened to call the police if I didn't leave. When I asked to speak to a manager, he claimed to be the manager and then closed and locked the window. When I refused to leave, he sent an associate to give me the corporate phone number on a piece of paper, as if daring me to call it, completely ignoring my concerns. The associate introduced himself as Monsuel. This has been the most frustrating experience I've ever had, and I will not be returning to this location again.
