A special friend mentioned they where driving out and we could not hold back. If you have never been this is the one to go too. Lots of cars and a very safe family environment. Plenty of cars, Van's Utes to look at. Starting with Model T Ford There was a Fleming and a Pearl When they all drove off each vehicle had a different sounding horn. All drivers and there co drivers dressed up to sute the age of the vehicle. So nice meeting other car veterans. Great time to introduce young people to cars and enjoying what lasts. Club grounds are in good shape there was lots of parking for everyone considering they had vehicles with trailers towing vehicles turn around space for Plenty of vehicle. The club is nicely maintained toilets for clean and useful the kids really enjoyed looking at the Gunnery in the flower bed at The Entrance. Some beautiful beds well done guys keep up the hard work. There is so much to take in on each car the interior is unique to that Pacific age of vehicle there is so much brass to look at on the cars the wooden spoke wheels are amazing as it took so long to make them.
The Huntly R.S.A. is one very warm, comforting and lively place to come to visit and spend time at. The staff are so very polite and welcoming and the service is so professional and courteous. This Saturday night featured live karaoke with Pearly Shellz and saw a great procession of singers step up to the Mike and belt out a favourite hit of theirs. The food (I had salt and pepper squid and a chocolate mud cake for dessert) was beautifully cooked and was very promptly delivered. All in all, a great dining and entertainment experience. Now you need to visit!!
Enjoyed a lovely lamb shank meal and karaoke night with my sister, son's and daughter. Great crowd.
Nice club friendly people and good parking for motorhomes
Love this place for cheap drinks, courtesy van is on point and the entertainment is A1 with Leon Wharakura and Gina Paul
