Applebee's Grill - Huntsville

There weren't many patrons when we visited, and while the service was a bit slow, it wasn't a major issue for us. We tried the $5 Tipsy Shark and the Sunset Mana Rita; both were enjoyable, but they could have used an extra shot to elevate their flavor even more!

We had a wonderful experience with the food. My salmon was cooked to perfection, and the blackened seasoning added delicious flavor. The garlic mashed potatoes complemented the dish well. However, I was let down by the green beans, as they were undercooked and lacked flavor. My husband enjoyed his nacho platter, which was generous enough to serve two. It seems that visiting between the lunch and dinner rush is the best time, as the staff is less busy and pays more attention to the food preparation.

We arrived for lunch and found only about four tables occupied. The woman behind the bar was busy counting money, and there was one server attending to the tables. After nearly five minutes, we were finally greeted, and she assured us she would be right with us. However, we ended up waiting an additional ten minutes without being seated. Therefore, we decided to take our business elsewhere.

Arrived to pick a number eats order up 1 of the workers miss talking to a friend no big deal he promptly asked me for the name on the order went back into the kitchen passed a table that had to food warming bags on it came back out told me it was not ready approximately five minutes go by another worker comes out from the back and asked me for the name on the order walks directly over to the table where the warming bags are and pulls my order out. The first worker did not even look in those bags to see if my order was ready just went in the back and came back and told me that it was not when indeed it was again I'm not the one that suffers the customers do.

I would give them zero stars. But it won't let me do that. Walked in and got hit with a awful stench at 4 pm stood at front to be seated for over 5 minutes. Nobody greeted us. Nobody ever even seen us. And with the smell being the way it was we decided to leave and go to Logans where we received great service and it didn't stink!!!!
