Bark Barrel Bbq - Huntsville

Very underwhelming. Got the nachos. Chips were WAY over salted. Not a lot of meat (not sure I'd even call it BBQ). The sour cream and green onions were the most redeeming part of the dish. Would not recommend.

Food was pretty good, but for the price paid, $10 for 2 sides and a sausage with bread, a little expensive.

The service at this restaurant is extremely slow. It seems like everyone here is either sleep-deprived or high. The food was decent and I didn't get food poisoning, which is a positive. However, I witnessed the manager bully an employee about his personal finances and appearance, then casually scoop ice from the chest for his drink before going back outside to relax.

I was excited to dine at this restaurant, but my experience was disappointing. I arrived behind another couple and overheard a worker inform them that they were out of brisket and only had enough pork for sandwiches and nachos. It's surprising that they didn't plan properly, especially on a weekend. It was only 6:45 on a Saturday. I may give it another try in the future and possibly reconsider my rating.

Awfully bland food. No flavor, dried out meat, nothing tender and juicy about this place. How can someone mess up BBQ in alabama? I had to go next door to order something else.. Disappointing at best. 0/10 would not recommend. At least the service was nice.
