It was frustrating that the general manager in training did nothing to support me during these issues. This location badly needs dedicated staff; it would benefit from employees who take their jobs seriously instead of complaining and cutting corners. Overall, I was highly dissatisfied with my employment experience, and I plan to contact corporate about the management. I believe it is clear that this store requires a significant change in attitude and approach.
I had an outstanding experience with Gloria, the morning shift manager who was working on July 6, 2024, at 8:45 am. She truly exemplifies excellent customer service! I believe she deserves an immediate raise! It’s essential to recognize and appreciate employees like her and take the necessary steps to retain such valuable team members in your organization.
I always request sweet tea without lemon, yet they consistently add lemon to my drink. What if I were allergic to lemon? Is it really that difficult to prepare tea without it? Aside from this oversight, everything else was satisfactory.
We drove in from GA and decided to stop here. Smh. We ordered and waited behind another car for about 8 minutes and when we got to the window do you know she loudly told us she didn’t know they had just dropped chicken and she didn’t know and it would take 20 minutes. She asked if we wanted to wait or go some where else. Popeyes it is LOL.
