Bojangles - Huntsville

This location states their store closes at 9pm however I went there at 8:48pm on April 5, 2022 to place an order through the drive through and no one took my order. The lights were on inside the building as well as outside the building including the menu. You posted your hours of operation for a reason so abide by it. I used to love this location but this has happened several times and it’s unacceptable.

The service is always fast, the food is always hot and tasty! Their chicken is spicy and crispy which is great. The location is convenient I haven't been disappointed yet

No....just NO ! Ordered a 60 piece for Superbowl 1/2 naked, 1/2 buffalo. The smell of old grease filled not only my car but also my house. The taste made me think I was drinking week old frying grease. I spent too much money to not even be able to eat, much less feed my family. Will be contacting manager in the morning for a refund. I can even bring the chicken back because we sure can't eat it.

So, I specifically went to Bojangles because Popeyes had cars wrapped around the restaurant as usual. I like Bojangles and they aren 't usually as busy. I thought I was lucky to be the only customer in the drive thru. I placed my order of an 8 piece (drumsticks only). I was then informed that it would take 30 mins. Does it really take 30 mins to deep fry drumsticks?? I figured they maybe added mins to run me off. I ran straight across the street to Popeyes and left with my 8 piece within 15 mins.
