Chili's Grill - Huntsville

The food was good, but the lack of staff negatively impacted the service. I arrived early for dinner and noticed that the waitress was responsible for all eight active tables in the main dining area. There was also only one bartender and one host. Although my waitress did her best, it was clear she was stretched thin, which meant I didn't receive any drink refills during my meal. The Cajun Chicken Pasta was flavorful and filling, although it could have used a bit more seasoning. Overall, I understand that the aftermath of the pandemic has affected their staffing, and it’s clear the restaurant is trying to make adjustments as suggested by the signs outside. However, there’s still room for improvement. I would give it 3.5 stars.

I arrived around 8 a.m. and requested a seat at a table in the bar area. The service was a bit slow at first since the bartender was busy taking care of several tables. I ordered the chicken nachos and was pleasantly surprised when they arrived—they were fantastic! I’ve tried nachos at many Chili's locations, and these were by far the best version I've had. Kudos!

Our service was outstanding! The food was served warm, and Manager Jeff took the time to greet us personally. He even provided helpful tips about the local area, which we really appreciated. We loved our experience and can’t wait to come back!

My little sister had an amazing time! It was her first taste of guacamole in a long while, and she enjoyed mine even more than I did. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. The young lady who served us was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed— we really appreciated her effort. This restaurant is a family favorite, and everyone has their own favorite dish. Each time we visit, we can always find something that satisfies our appetites. The prices are reasonable, and the food is delicious!

The waitress was too rushed and didn’t pay attention to our order. The beer was warm, and the food was inedible. The steak fajitas tasted like cardboard, and the buffalo chicken bites were unpleasant.
