Contribuisci feedbackPossibly the worst communication skills and customer service I have ever seen. very disillusioning that the staff had turned back on me when I came in and waited what seemed for someone who recognized me forever. I asked a few to try to break the ice, but they returned shortly and no answer as if they wanted to do nothing with me. I give this a 4 stars because the actual spicy huh sub itself was quite good! Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be able to get over the customer service. many other good options in huntsville that can check all boxes.
I've eaten firehouse for many years and loved it. that had to be the worst experience I ever had. the broth was soggy, the meatballs were almost burned, and the cheese was hard. I don't know what happened, but I'll make sure they select another position next time.
Bad setting. bad service. they made my order wrong. I ordered hooks and ladder without tweeping and they made it with twee. I wanted to ask the man if I said something wrong. he had a look at his face like, aawww man, I forgot to take off from the wobbles, but he never spoke. the manager took over the conversation and said we had only bad communication. they did it, but it was sloppy and very little flesh. I will not return.
So excited to eat and despite my daughter's obsession with subway we ordered firehouse. Nope anyone working with 5 teenagers knows to get their orders are far from easy and when the person walks in with the food they swarm like bees. Even though I spent the time making names for each sub they didn't include it so it took me 15 minutes to see who was who's. Not something a mom should do after a long day.
I work for Grubsouth and today I was picking up an order for a customer as I usually do in any other restaurant. I went to the front desk to ask for an update about my order and one of the employees started arguing and with a bad actitud towards me. This employee tried to physically assault me.The district manager was there and he wasn’t doing something to stop this employee. That person should be held accountable for not being a leader. Why do your employees behave that way with customers?
