Firehouse Subs Westside Center

The experience was decent, but I have to say I've had better meals at Firehouse. The service was relatively quick, and the staff were generally friendly. However, some of them seemed unsure about how to engage with customers. Additionally, I noticed some signs on their equipment that came off as unprofessional. Overall, I'd rate the food a 3 out of 5.

I had a wonderful experience with the customer service; the staff were extremely helpful. I was there for a door pickup, but I noticed the instructions next to the door weren't very noticeable due to everything else nearby. As for the food, it was excellent—5 out of 5!

Great for dining in or ordering on the go. Food turnaround time is pretty fast. And it has never been to loud whenever I go. The staff is friendly. Prices are pretty average for the food you get in the combos. If you like subs this is a great place if you are not in the mood for something like subway for the day.
