Flint River Coffee Company - Huntsville

I absolutely adore this coffee shop! I discovered it on my way to work one day and realized I wouldn't have time to stop at Wendy's for my usual drink, but I needed caffeine. I decided to give it a try and I'm so happy I did! It's now my favorite coffee shop in Huntsville. The coffee is rich and delicious. I'm very particular about my coffee and enjoy it sweet and flavorful to balance out the bitterness. The baristas always recommend great selections and I've never been disappointed. I'm currently hooked on the Jamaica me crazy coffee. The employees are friendly, helpful, and pleasant to talk to, especially in the morning. The owner, Keith, is polite and humorous and works alongside his staff, which I appreciate. In addition to coffee, they offer tea, hot chocolate, breakfast items like bagels, scones, muffins, and danishes. The cinnamon roll danishes are my favorite. They also serve lunch items like sandwiches and chips. I love pairing a mango smoothie with my lunch, and their smoothies are amazing! They even have protein powder available (which I used a lot during pregnancy). The rewards program is a great perk, and the cozy atmosphere of the shop makes it a perfect place to relax. The shop is clean, well-maintained, and has an old-country charm that I adore. Overall, this establishment has never disappointed me, and I know they would address any concerns I may have. To those who complain about prices, owning a small business is no easy feat.

Today was my first time trying Flint River's coffee in Newmarket. I decided to try the Whiskey latte with White Pumpkin added and blended. After waiting in the drive-thru, my drink was ready. However, I was disappointed to find that it tasted like blended ice with no flavor. I went inside and asked for a remake without blending, but was told it would cost another $7. I explained that I didn't enjoy the drink because it tasted like ice, but was told they use the same amount of ice in all drinks. I felt frustrated by their policy and lack of customer service. Until the owner addresses this issue, I will not be returning to Flint River Coffee. Customer service is key in keeping customers coming back, not just fancy buildings and marketing. Flint River Coffee should prioritize taking care of their local community to ensure their success.

I have been going to Flint River Coffee for years now and I am never disappointed in their coffee or their customer service. They are the sweetest people and always deliver quality service and kindness. On Thursday, they outdid themselves. I had beenhaving an extremely rough day and went through the drive thru for a coffee. The barista does not know me outside of my frequentorders but could tell I was upset. I received this handwritten note on my coffee cup. Absolutely made my day! A huge thank youto that barista and to Flint River for their uplifting Christian atmosphere!

One of the best coffee shops in the Huntsville-Madison county area. The farmhouse turned coffee shop has a great vibe. They converted me to iced coffee with 3 shots of additional espresso. Great place to bring the little ones as they have a librarystocked with children?s books and games. Seriously, go get you some Flint River Coffee.

The prices are great at this restaurant! Everything I have tried so far has been excellent. The smoothies and coffee are good and well mixed. The croissants are delicious and they also have a selection of tasty local bakery items. I have not tried their sandwiches yet, but that is next on my list! I will update my review when I do. The atmosphere is nice and the service is good.
