Krystal - Huntsville

The chili cheese pups were tough, as if the bread had been left out for four days or more. The wings were decent, but at nearly $30 for 20 wings that were only the size of my thumb, it just wasn't worth it.

I went there the other night to grab some food, and I noticed that no one was wearing gloves while handling the food.

UPDATE: Unfortunately, I found myself back at this disappointing location. I had to wait a total of 35 minutes in the drive-thru for 10 Krystal's that were supposed to be specially made, with no pickles (since I'm ALLERGIC) and added cheese. When I finally got my order, the employee who handed me the food was one of only two people working that night. He assured me there were no pickles, but unfortunately, they were all there! His careless attitude and jokes could have put me in danger. I truly hope there is a special place for him in hell, alongside his equally incompetent co-worker!

I am happy with my order every time I come to this place. The Staff is always nice and friendly. Tonight I went, that third shift team is amazing. Bre Served me with such joy and good customer service. Not only that, everyone was wearing gloves and that made me happy and comfortable to eat from this place.
