I visited and sat at the bar because there was a wait fora table and I was alone and just wanted a steak. I ordered my steak Medium Rare. It came out Medium Well. The bartender agreed it was overcooked. I sent it back and the next one came out Medium Well or even well. This was a different food runner and he agreed it was overcooked. By a lot. The third one came out and it was cooked correctly. It was decent with regard to flavor, but other nearby steakhouses tend to have better flavor. When the bill came there was no adjustment to make up for the fact that I waited around an extra 45 minutes or so while they tried to get it right. That 's fair in the sense that I ordered a steak, ate a steak, and paid for a steak. But as far as my experience goes, the experience was a huge waste of time. A manager never visited despite the two recooks. When I did the survey on the receipt I checked yes for someone to contact me. No one did. But the staff was generally friendly (although they didn 't seem to care too much about the situation).

I went with a large group of people for lunch and despite the workload the server did an excellent job taking care of us. Food came out quickly and we had plenty of bread and drinks. I had the chopped steak and loaded baked potato with some lobster shrimp chowder on the side. Everything tasted great and the chopped steak was cooked exactly as requested. The chopped steak is very tasty with the sauteed mushrooms and onions that comes with it. I highly recommend Longhorn for lunch.

My man and I usually dive in. most of the time our eating and tidal service was great. we had only a bad experience while we were eating in the restaurant. I am so disappointed by my last experience on Tuesday 10/25. my laugh was so burned on the floor that I couldn't even eat my dinner. even the rice had burned everything out of the salmon. the only thing I could eat was my hatch skewer, my stuff salad had only salate and I can't crawl. my man steak was dry, he could only treat a few bites. he only ate his baked potato and mac n cheese, which he had to cook his mac n cheese more in the air frit. my daughter could eat her spicy chicken bites and the earthly salad. we eat at this place at least once a week, if not more sometimes. I will probably not be back after the last experience I had.

Our waitress, bless her heart (in good wise!) came for the early evening dinner, but the dinner staff was either late or no show, so we were told of the grue that our waitress was open and was late. we wanted to go, but another group came in, so we stayed. we just stayed to leave her a huge tipp, please be kind and understanding for her server! I don't remember her name, but she deserves much more than just a big tip! She needed a break as she has knee problems, and she has to do so well! this server was overly nice, friendly and sure we didn't miss anything! we had a good talk before we went, and I really hope that her day, week and year will be better and that she gets a break! long horns they find this server and they make sure she knows how great she is! she deserves it, at least!

Service was very good and our server (it was a few days between our visit and write mine, and I forgot the names of our unfortunately server) was very friendly. that was great! I had ripened and my man chose the ribeye. the ribs were amazing, falling-the-bones tender with fabulous taste. I chose ceasar salat and baked sweet potato as my side and both were very good. my white pfirsich sangria was very pleasant. hubby did not comment on his meal until he completely swore it, but said the steak was an excellent cut, perfectly cooked, and was very tasteful. his sides were a Ceasar salad and loaded backkartoffel, which he enjoyed both. we shared a dessert whose name I do not remember, but it is a relatiw new menu addition consisting of very light (non dense) layers of cake similar to a sponge cake, with a cheesecake-like filling between the layers, and covered with fresh earthberries. it was outstanding that I would not have agreed to share and receive one for each of us.
