Ruth's Chris Steak House Huntsville

We celebrated our anniversary tonight and had a wonderful experience. Trudy provided excellent service and took great care of us.

The restaurant is difficult to access, as you have to park in a parking garage and walk. The food was good and the waitress provided excellent service. However, we will not be returning due to the inconvenience of the parking and walking.

This location does mains (meats) very well. Unfortunately, while the sides are acceptable, they are not at par with other Ruth's locations. And the servers here seem to be hit or miss, as I have had to on different occasions either protect my plate before I was finished, or flag down the server multiple times for more iced tea, etc. So, go for the steak, definitely... but might want to temper your expectations otherwise.

Second time in a month we have dined at Ruth’s Chris. First for wedding anniversary and this time we took our son for the first time after he graduated from college. Food and service were excellent as usual.

The server was great. My steak was tender and juicy. I didn't have to add anything to it. My husbands pork chop was great, tender and the carmelized apples and sauce made it perfect. Everything was wonderful.
