Sitar Indian Cuisine - Huntsville

I've only had the opportunity to eat here a handful of times but it's always delicious??

I am very disappointed with Sitar. My husband and I love this place and often visit because it?s a calm and lightly traffic environment. Tonight we were dining in around 8pm and a group of guys came in and they were loud and one was looking in the kitchen. I assume they knew the owners or staff working there. Shortly after that another guy and a lady came in and he was loud as well. They sat two tables in front of us. He was loud, got up from his seat walking towards the

Three stars seems fair. Quality is kinda variable. I got butter chicken yesterday which I have gotten several times and this time it seemed the chicken had just not been trimmed well. About 1 time in 3 or 4 we go here and something is just off. That said, when the food is good it is really enjoyable.

We?ve eaten here twice for pick up later at night and each time the staff was incredibly nice and service is always fast, order is always correct. It was my first time trying Indian food and it was amazing! We tried a variety of things both times and everything was great. Quickly becoming one of my favorite restaurants in Huntsville

Ordered Daal Makhni and Okra. Daal Makhni was very good. However Okra was really bad. It was very dry and hard to chew (see picture Judge yourself). I end up throwing out 90 percent of it in the garbage. It seems like they used frozen or old over ripe okra. There were hardly any tomatoes in it. I have eaten Sitar Okra before and has no issue. But this time it was terrible and figured let Sitar management know about it so that they can do something about it in the future. I
