Starbucks - Huntsville

I had the most disappointing customer service experience I've ever had at a Starbucks.

You definitely need to try the hot peppermint white chocolate mocha! It's absolutely delicious!

The hours have been updated, and it's essential to point out that the posted hours are incorrect. They follow the same schedule as Target, so they don't open until 8 AM on weekdays, rather than 5 AM. On a positive note, the coffee is consistently high quality, and the staff appears to truly enjoy their work.

The bacon gouda sandwich is consistently cold in the middle, and when I mentioned it to the staff, they appeared to think that was normal. I suspect there might be a problem with the toaster, as this is the only location where I've encountered this issue, and it happens every time. I work next door and stop by several times a week during my breaks.

I had a matcha latte here today, and it was amazing! It was definitely better than all the other places I’ve tried in Huntsville. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. I was in and out in just three minutes!
