I have the app and get the coupons sent to my phone and every time i go to the Jordan lane they want to argue what the coupon says and talk in a different language so u cant understand. Will ignore u when u try to correct them.
Love their veggie patty sub. Never have a long wait even though I always order 4 footlongs and a 6inch with all the veggies. Manager and staff always pleasant and helpful.
Good old standby you know what you always get and this is no different no surprises great service
Everything I ordered was fresh...never any complaints about this particular subway...
First of all, walking in I felt like I was in the club Rod wave was rapping his butt off and it was BLASTING!! I ordered 5 subs and the manager came from out the back complaining about my order being too much. She made the comment to the worker that I should have ordered a platter. 5 subs is too much. So I offered to leave and take my money elsewhere and the manager said well it's not that it's just that we have other things to do. So I said before I call corporate if there were 5 of us would you still have made that comment? She looked at me and said I wasn't talking to you and I'm not talking to you now. She trust to be the MANAGER. I'm disappointed that Subway would hire someone with ZERO customer service skills as a manager. It's pathetic how customers are treated when spending their hard earned money. Like if it weren't for the people you wouldn't have a JOB!!! The least we could get is some RESPECT AND GRATITUDE. I could have gone somewhere else and from now on I will. Btw, the rude, inconsiderate, disrespectful manager's name is Journey. Her employee had a name I couldn't tell her name but it started with a B. Horrible experience!!!
