Taco Bell - Huntsville

My experience at Taco Bell was quite disappointing. I had to wait around 30 minutes in line, and it took an additional 5 to 10 minutes to process each car. I also had concerns about food safety, as I felt there might have been some unsanitary practices. To top it off, I received the wrong order, and after eating it, I felt dizzy. They also couldn't accept transit orders, but I found myself in a position where I could edit my online order, which was frustrating. The high turnover of staff was noticeable as well. Now, I think I’ll drive 5 miles to the next Taco Bell, which is much better.

As a customer, it’s really disheartening to encounter someone who seems upset simply because I'm there to place an order. On my last visit, I became so frustrated that I left before completing my transaction and went to another Taco Bell instead. This employee often makes comments about customers that she clearly thinks are out of earshot, and her attitude is negative every time I visit. While I understand that everyone has off days, a consistent lack of courtesy is unacceptable. If someone is unable to be polite to customers, then maybe it’s time for them to seek work elsewhere.

Online ordered with google pay and went through the drive-thru. my order was hot and everything was right. the young ladies who manned the window were polite and professional. There were a few cars in front of me, but I was pretty fast.

Aftero bellgrande with extra chicken, cheese and a few extra sauces ordered. I got that. How is this even acceptable for extra? this place confused about 1 in all 3 orders we make. dreadful working dilemma.

Um, dem some correct burritos. Tired of other places ripping me off. I'll be back. I know it's all about the crew, but the crew is all about training. You're doing both right. Thanks to the whole staff and the owner. Good burritos roll down hill.
