Tenders Inc - Huntsville

The customer service at Tenders in Five Points is absolutely fantastic! I had a mistake with my order and had to return to get it resolved. I was quite upset and realized I was turning into one of those customers I typically advise against being—especially since my husband is a business owner and I often deal with such situations myself. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman I spoke with, but he went above and beyond to correct my order and even issued a refund for the error. I only wanted my smoked wings, which are the best I've ever had, but he generously refunded me as well. The customer service is outstanding, and I will definitely keep coming back to Tenders not just for the incredible food but also for the excellent service I received!

Tender’s has been one of my favorite restaurants in Huntsville for as long as I can remember. The food has been consistently good with their wings, tenders, fries, and toast. I love the ken’s light ranch and my parents love the Tenders chicken sauce. We come here frequently and still enjoy the football theme and friendly staff.

The Tenders in 5 points is awesome! My kids grew up eating there as well as myself . Aways fresh and hot ! Great job !
