Smokin' Hot Chip Truck - Huntsville

Absolutely delicious ribs and brisket. The entire smokers/BBQ setup was so impressive. The family even waited for me to come after they had already closed. Next time we are in the area we will come earlier and try all the items that were already sold out. Thanks so much!

This place is the epitome of legit barbecue. We knew it would be good as we waited in line, watching someone slice brisket beside us while another chopped wood. Many items were sold out as it was closer to the end of the day, but everything we ordered was delicious. Plenty of seating with water views. The vibe was right with plenty of southern/country vintage decor and music. The pulled pork was amazing. Highly recommend!

Our first visit to Smokin Hot BBQ, definitely won’t be our last. They have the best poutine and we had the smoked brisket on a bun, loved it!

Had the turkey sandwich and half rack of ribs quite pricey at 35$ and really wanted to love the heck out of it based on their description and reviews. It was good enough for me to rate 5 stars but..... The turkey sandwich was well put together with a mound of turkey lettuce and tomato. The turkey was almost too much, but and a big but.....maybe it's just me but I didn't taste the smokey flavour I've been used to with smoked turkey, plus the meat was dry. The ribs....they were certainly well smoked but we're a bit dry. More sauce may have helped. They were perfectly cooked and nice flavour from their seasoning sauce. Overall would have been more satisfied if I paid 28. 35 I expected Montana state not restaurant) quality smoked bbq

Love the new layout, quite organized (although menus on the signposts would help a bit more). Always incredible food. We will always return. We brought some newbies with us, they agreed it was worth the drive from North Bay.
