Alfredo's A Mexican Food - Hurricane

TL;DR Don't sleep on the birria ramen. It is fantastic. Let's be honest. Places that look like this tend to be clones of each other. Betos, Rancheritos, etc. You've tried one you've tried them all. Alfredos is the exception to the rule. Killer specials and habanero salsa so good you're almost glad when it burns the next day because you get to remember it again. Don't sleep on this gem. It's worth multiple visits.

Like an authentic So Cal Mexican place that I haven't found anywhere else around St George. Food and people are terrific!

The food was good; the taco was drowned in the side of beans though, making it kinda soggy.

I'll start by saying that I never come to Hurricane without making a stop here. I have tried many dishes, all good but my favorite (and what I ordered) was the Steak and Shrimp Fajita plate. I also ask for there grilled Jalepenos on the side. I crave this plate. I honestly apologize for not taking a picture. Price per portion is reasonable.
