Flamingos Mexican - Hurst

The food is excellent and the atmosphere is lovely. It's a great spot for families and reasonably priced. The margaritas are large and absolutely amazing!

My first visit for lunch was incredible! The food was fresh and flavorful, and the service was attentive and friendly. I couldn't wait to return. However, my second visit for dinner a few weeks later was quite disappointing. The food lacked flavor and was underwhelming. The service was dreadful—slow and inattentive, and to top it off, a waiter made a loud and inappropriate racial comment. They say the third time's the charm, but I won't be coming back to find out.

The food here is fantastic and incredibly delicious! I really enjoyed the chips and salsa! The service is excellent, and the portion sizes are generous – you get a lot of food for your money. The prices are also great! I highly recommend this place! I'm not from the area, but I was getting tired of the same old Mexican restaurants that serve small portions and charge too much. This place is a refreshing change!

If you're looking for outstanding Tex Mex in the NRH or Hurst area, you should be checking out Flamingos. I visited for lunch and had a very pleasant experience. The restaurant is clean and well taken care of. The prices are very reasonable, and the service is friendly and with a smile. But the food is what you want to know about, and the it is magnificent. I ordered beef fajitas and can honestly say that I can not remember any place with better fajita beef than Flamingos. Truly exemplary. Even the chips and salsa are very good. Writing this review has got me hungry for savory and spicy Tex Mex, and I think Flamingos is where I'll be heading!
