We usually visit this location several times a week but today it was a very unpleasant experienceI’m not sure if the guy working outside taking orders has hearing problems or if he didn’t concentrate while taking my order but when I got to the window my order was wrong and they had charged me extra forA combo I didn’t asked for and instead of extra toast like we had ordered the receipt showed extra friesSomeone came up to the window and said that she would issue a refund for the extra charge on my card but so far we haven’t gotten anythingIt was overall a bad experience and from now on we will just take our business somewhere else

THE BEST CHICKEN EVER, AMAZING SAUCE, AND AMAZING TEXAS TOAST!! But the beef i have is the sides. I think canes should add more sides. AND PLEASE DELIVER!!! WE LIVE FAR FROM CANES BUT IF IT IS FOR DELIVERY THAN WE CAN GET CANES MORE OFTEN!!! But overall. The best food EVER!!

I came to canes last night and I had gotten up four piece box combo and only came with three but I don't make a big fuss but otherwise it was good

It's ok for over priced chicken strips .And you want something in a hurry.What really chaps my a is that you ordered something and you get completely the opposite of what you ordered .Ordered the Box with no slaw and extra bread.And received slaw and no extra bread .Because I don't like there slaw .And to get ketchup for my fries .Forget about it.I mean if you fine in your ok .But to go through the drive thru, best of luck.Those young kids don't care .Their to busy talking.And me it paying attention.
