Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Hurst

I don't visit this restaurant frequently, but whenever I do, the staff is always friendly and ensures my order is correct. Today, Aubrey assisted me and she was very kind. I ordered the Chai Banana Boost with peanut butter, which was delicious! The addition of peanut butter made it a great meal replacement for me.

I don't understand why this place can't get it together. I am regularly at this point because it is on the way to work. As a vegetarian, I prefer a Tropical Smoothie Cafe because there are more possibilities for me. This place has made my order so often. Whether it's paying for the extra roasted tomatoes salsa and not get it, or spinach to a quesadilla and from all four pieces there is a leaf spinach. I had Quesadillas that were so rock-hard that you couldn't even break them in half. I went with my bridesmaids for my bridal weekend and they managed to screw up every one of our orders and forget to make the first. It is amazing that this location has no longer bad reviews I think the people have really lowered their standards. But if I pay almost $20 for a smoothie and a Quesadilla, I expect it's what I ordered.

It took 30 minutes to get 2 smoothies in the store. I finally found my smoothies melting at the pick-up window. Apparently nobody called my name or tried to find who they heard when I was standing at the bar all the time!

First timer... I will start with the good... the watermelon Mojito smoothie was quite delicious, the Jalapeno Mais was good, the cale Slav was just okay for me. I lacked something I don't know, but it had to be a lot of a salad dressing type of taste what I didn't care. I have the carabiner boy chicken wrap. It was okay... too much salad too much sauce it left a mess in the bag and some of the chicken pieces were not edible. Seems that they were some kind of chicken with additional fillers or something, so some peices were somehow hard/chew. It was weird so I didn't finish it. I didn't finish the claw either.

Customer service quality is good, but food quality is uneven! Last week everything was as delicious as it was made with love! Lol Today the smoothie tasted like powder and ice? I asked the guy to remake what he did kindly, but it still tastes bad. At this point I didn't ask him to remake it.. I left it that way. Also the packaging definitely tasted and thrown together.
