Grotesque! new management. when we talk to this one. it took 10 minutes per car. staff stand around. eat the french. mushy fries. greasy fish. no longer

Eating was fast and as expected. the customer service was great, and the people had good ideas. all in all, I would recommend this place.

It was good, but we tried to order 12 additional hushpuppies and the child was just like, but 2 come with the meal. we got tired after a few times, so there were extra hushpuppies.

Very disappointed!. we spent 10 minutes ordering. the cash aid was completely untrained. although she was very nice. no one on our table had their order right. No one has ever checked us if our food is in order. I asked a coworker who went by when she would send the manager back to our table, the manager never came. this was earlier a very well-run restaurant when the previous manager cindy ran it. Since then, it's really downhill. the consens of our table is that no one will be back soon. I am a picture of a chicken plank that was in the order, that should have been called a chicken finger instead because it was about the size of my finger. I think this is the first negative assessment I have ever given.

We sat down after ordering and noticed that the ppl who came in after us got their food 1st. We waited another 10 mins, before checking on the order at the front. Where they rudely said whats wrong with your order?! My husband said Id like to get it! They had lost our ticket and proceeded to take the receipt. They finally realized that our order never came out and started cooking? It had been closed down for a while. They invited everybody online to give them another chance with the new management. Well we think it may actually be worse now. This is the 2nd time we 've gone since new management. Both times the new management has an attitude ? Acts like your ruining her day by coming in. Short and curt. And service sucks!
