Wonderful food with great atmosphere and even better prices!

I really want to like this place, I tried it twice at different times of the day. The first server I had was really friendly, the experience would have been better without them taking 1000 instagram photos though. The second time, we had a different server who seemed like she wished she was anywhere else, she seemed almost angry when we asked for a small adjustment to the pasta. I think for the prices, this should certainly be an option. Aside from the servers, the food is overall quite tasty. However, I think they need to determine what kind of restaurant they are. They are so focused on their social media presence and aesthetic, yet the chef can't follow basic hygiene rules (don't pick something up off the floor and then touch the food). They also need to get different take home containers. The first time I went, two different servers told me the boxes are completely leak proof based on their structure and lining? All the food leaked before I got home lol. Anyways, the food is good, but If you are planning on going here, don't expect great service.

First time coming to this place, drove 3 hours to try it. It’s very cute. Sat outside and ordered mozzarella sticks, calamari and antipasto plate. Mozzarella sticks were amazing. Huge and delicious. Calamari was very fishy and ultimately we sent it back because it was just too fishy. The staff did ask if we’d like anything else but we declined at that time. We should have just picked something else however since the calamari was still on the bill. Antipasto plate was alright. Overall the restaurant was ok. Probably wouldn’t be back.

Started with the chicken wings and calamari, the chicken wings were full of flavour and had a lovely kick, the calamari was a bit tough, portions were smaller than I expected. For mains we got the chicken, veal, and eggplant Parm with a side of potato’s, once again portions looked small but it was the perfect amount of food in the end. The veal was the best out of the 3, every bite was just a bit better dipped in the garlic parm sauce left on the table from the wings. The pasta was cooked perfectly, I didn’t end up nabbing a bite of potato. The star of the show was definitely dessert, tiramisu, cappuccino and an affogato. They were all three totally stellar, no complaints! I savoured every bite. A 4.6/5 rating is perfect for rizzo’s house of parm!
