F&L is a true hidden gem. It’s so easy to miss this place, stuck in the back corner of a kinda tacky strip mall. But the food is all beautifully executed at very affordable prices. From the sandwiches and subs to their pizzas and Italian entrees, all boast fresh, quality ingredients expertly put together. The chicken saltimbocca and marsala are seriously as good as dishes I’ve had in Boston’s North End, if not better. And WAY less expensive! Staff are always super courteous and friendly.This isn’t a place for sit-down dining, but if you’re craving good Italian takeout on mid-Cape, you cannot do better than F&L.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The owner was so nice and friendly to my mom, young sons, and I. the food was also delicious. We had a cheese, pizza, chicken Marsala with fresh linguine, and spaghetti with meatballs. Pizza was some of the best I’ve had on the Cape. The meatballs were homemade, and the pasta was cooked perfectly. The oil with the warm bread that was served while we were waiting was impossible to stop eating. The owner even offered to slice up the pizza into squares for my 2 year old, which was incredibly kind. It was very clean in there and the music playing was relaxing, and not overwhelming. I had the Marsala and cleaned my plate. I wish we lived closer because I would eat there at least once a week.Vegetarian options: I actually had the chicken Marsala with no chicken and they were super accommodating. It still had tons of flavor and the portion size was still filling.Parking: Large lotKid-friendliness: High chairs, kid friendly food options, and very friendly staff for children

My hair stylist recommended this eatery. Located in a modest location tucked away at the end of a row of stores, this is a liitle gem. The owner who speaks with a lovely Italian accent, is more than welcoming. He accommodated my dietary needs and helped create a wonderful takeout meal that was both tasty and enjoyable. The prices are fair and the menu was extensive. When I picked up my to go order, the place was packed. People were buying pizza by the slices, as well as entrées and salads. I forgot to ask for low salt, but the menu item that I chose was perfectly seasoned compared to places that are heavy-handed with sodium. My request for gluten-free was honored and there were some replacements mail in my menu item which was a chicken Tuscan dish it was delicious. I highly recommend the spot. Call ahead take out only.

I was recommended by a friend to come here for dinner. I can honestly say this is a wonderful recommendation. The service we received on arrival was welcoming and friendly. The food was made fresh and delicious. (I had Alfredo pasta with chicken and broccoli) it was amazing! Restaurant was quaint with enough seating for our group while we waited and watch college football. I will definitely be back and recommend if you are in the area to try out thier delicious food!
