Mcdonald's - Hyannis

I'm not sure why it's so challenging to get an order right, but unfortunately, this isn't the first time it's happened. You end up paying extra for nothing. I really wish the staff would pay more attention. It seems like no one at the store is concerned.

The food is essentially McDonald's. However, I did experience something unusual for the first time—a raw French fry. The service was friendly, but the outdoor trash cans could use some emptying, as the seagulls seemed quite pleased with the situation. The building has a rather unappealing, cube-like appearance. Interestingly, this is the only McDonald's I've seen that boasts the "Billions and..." tagline, and it’s located in Newington, NH.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Consistently have the orders wrong. Really appears like this particular franchise is just falling completely apart. Just watched five people leave the line after standing there for over 10 minutes with no one taking an order or even acknowledging us. That was after sitting in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes while their employees for whatever reason continue to get my order wrong. Avoid this place like the plague

This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The manager has a horrible demeanor she should not be working with the public. This was my 2nd time here and I should 9f never came back after the 1st horrible service we received but I figured everyone has a bad day I'll go again. BIGGGG MISTAKE!! The service was HORRIBLE they messed up our whole order then when I went back to tell them she wanted me to pay again. When it was their mistake. Please get rid of this horrible lady. AND CLEAN UP THIS DIRTY PLACE.

The employees were mostly just standing around chatting with friends who had come to visit. It took a lot longer to receive my food because they seemed more focused on socializing rather than attending to their work responsibilities.
