Burger King - Hyattsville

We stopped by for a quick lunch, and it turned out to be fantastic! Ms. Sanders was running the place, and she was truly impressive. We had the best little sandwich—the new cheeseburger patty melt on sourdough bread was absolutely delicious. The counter staff was great too, but no one could match Ms. Sanders’ professionalism and efficiency. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience! Honestly, this is a pretty good Burger King. The food is generally quite decent, and the customer service is usually acceptable as well. The view of the kitchen through the first window can be a bit concerning at times, but overall, it's a reliable choice.

I ordered three French fries, but there were none in my bag. The chicken fries were old and dry, and the two sauces I ordered were missing as well. I'm extremely disappointed with the poor customer service, especially since this meal was for my children and I spent $45. Additionally, some of the extra condiments I ordered for the sandwiches weren't included. Overall, this was a complete disaster.
