Dunkin' - Hyattsville

I gave it 3 because the cashier was nice. But I ordered 2 sausage,egg and cheese croissant and the girl making it must be on drugs because 1 sandwich had 2 sausage patties and the other had 2 eggs on it ???? seems like it was on purpose. I won't be going back!

I really wish I didn?t have to write this review but after todays experience I have to. Almost every morning I go to this Dunkin before work for iced coffee and egg and cheese wraps. I never order coffee sweetened but today it was. This usually isn?t a big deal to me but today it was because of the egg and cheese wraps. There was parchment paper melted in with the egg and cheese. Something tasted funny initially but I thought it was because I was recovering from a cold but when I looked down at it I was so disappointed. I went back and showed them both the wraps and drinks. They didn?t apologize, the lady offered to make me a new drink. I said I just want my money back. She went to the back and came out with the cash to give me. Still no apology or complimentary drink/wraps. I don?t think I will be returning there anytime soon. : UPDATE 2/08/2022: The manager Kurnal personally reached out to me about the incident and apologized. Asked me to come back In tomorrow and he will take care of me. He stopped by my work and gave me a dozen donuts. The only reason why I go to this location is because of Kurnal. He always makes sure I am happy and my order is correct. I have changed this review to 5 stars and Will definitely be going back for breakfast everyday!

I find I have more issues at this location. I order my drinks without ice due to sensitivity issues. This location gave me half a cup full because of my request. I do not ever have any issue at other establishments (ie. Starbucks, other Dunkin locations). Customer service is lacking. I will have to stop going to this location. I do not feel valued as a customer.

Very unprofessional customer service. Experienced racism from Hispanic female. She told the 2 black people to use the kiosk and wouldn?t take their orders but instead took the orders of 2 other Hispanics very rude watch out for the racism

Do not eat here! Do not order here! Do not pick up orders here!! I had a Terrible horrible experience! I came to pick up an Uber eats Delivery and the man inside the store on July 22,2021 at 12:20 pm refused to give me the order. I showed him the order on my phone and he stated they didn?t have an item the customer requested so I contacted the customer and they changed their order. I waited for them to change the order and once the order was completed the man said I need to fill out a form stating I picked up the order after handing the order to me. 2 other drivers coming inside he never asked them to fill out anything. I filled out the form and he snatched the food out of my hand and refused to give the order back to me. He began to yell and get vulgar and hostile and I was just trying to pick up the order. Time got wasted but Uber was notified of this incident. This man is beyond disrespectful and has a nasty attitude.
