Pizza Track - Hyderabad

Worst service ever first they took order then they cancled it without asking and then they delivered when I ask them at 1:30am it was cold and tasted terrible and I placed my order at 11:08pm.. Second time they took extra money by saying out of radious where they have delivered first what a joke.. pathetic service ever. When I tried to bring up my concerns to the staff, they were completely uninterested and dismissive. They didn't offer any solutions or apologies and simply shrugged off my complaints. I would strongly advise against dining at Pizza Track. The poor quality of food and slow service makes for an extremely unpleasant experience. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere for your pizza fix

Worst place to burn your money. Waiters were behaving like they were working at some dhaba. I had to ask even for the plates after pizza arrived after good 40 mins, despite we were the only one present at the restaurant. I had to pick the ketchup myself fromother table. Most disgusting thing was eating some kind of tobacco or gutka. Pizza had too much oil why i have no idea. Total waste of money for the services and taste. And ambience is nothing to mention. Broken tables torn seats. Overall a very bad experience.

The service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed to be completely disorganized. I waited for over an hour for my pizza to arrive, and when it finally did, it was cold and tasted terrible. Taste was good, but thier service is really pathetic. They don't treat Thier customers well. Took more than an hour to serve our order and still it was wrong. But their three milk cake was really good.
