Roastery Coffee House - Hyderabad

We went to Roastery (one of our favoured cafes) on 26th Jan for lunch. This time there seemed to be many goofups in service. First, we had ordered 3 hot coffees, all of them were served cooler than Luke Warm. When pointed out to the server, he said that is the temperature coffee is served at!! Anyway, he had it heated but did not take care which cup was whose. Second, two of our party ordered the same sandwich but in different breads. The server failed to specify which was which . Third, the wrong cold coffee was served. Finally, fourth, the sandwiches were served without fries. That also had to be pointed out. While the servers are polite and friendly, so many mistakes should be avoided. Perhaps a little more training on attention to detail would help.
