Restaurant La Pergola - Iaşi

It is one of the best restaurants in Iasi, for over 10 years. I often come here with my family because it is an open and relaxing space. A big plus are the children's seats, which is less common in Iasi. Food is good, especially pizza and lasagna.

They serve italian food mostly, the place is in the mall, looks nice, but it is a little noisy. Hopefully from March 16 there will be no smoking in the area. Very good food, especially the desert in the picture.

I strongly doubt that anybody is aware of such a term called "customer service" at that horrible restaurant. We waited about 5 minutes for the menus. And that's after asking two times for them. I wanted to get a "quattro formaggi" pizza. In the menu it says: mozarella, parmesan, gorgonzola, cheese. As I was confused I asked the waiter to explain what kind of cheese is the fourth ingredient but he did not seem to understand at all, and at the end he replied very nervous that it was cheese from "Novalact". Apparently he has no knowledge at all about kinds of cheese so I dropped it and order rice with mushrooms, thinking this could not be messed up. But, what do you know? I got rice with parmesan. I told the waiter to tell the cook that he forgot the mushrooms, to mock him. My colleague was supposed to get a grilled salmon with grilled vegetables, instead he got fresh vegetables.I am not even going to mention the exaggerated prices in the menu. For less money you could at Fenice, Chef Galerie, Trattoria for instance.Very disappointed. That my first and last time there. Probably this place is run by someone who only cares about the profit.

Rea´l nice original italian food. Good, fast service. Nice choice of wines and beers! Atmosphere could be more private. Excellent menue and all preared fresh!

I just ordered an american coffee and I got an espresso... I asked the wireless password and They asked ne the phone... I think that the password is a secret... Very unprofesional enployees...
