Hacienda Cusín - Ibarra

Luxury hotel with interesting history as home to the leaders of Ecuador. The rooms are large and well equipped with fireplaces that are illuminated every evening. The rooms also have many interesting antiques. Gardens are spectacular. Service highly professional. Many cozy places to relax are lounge with a fire that is always lit in the fireplace, bar, library, study and other public spaces.

A really cozy place that connects nature and history; in fact it is 400 years old!!! Take a walk through the corners of the property and relax in the middle of trees and mountains.

A place I never stayed. I stopped during a motorcycle tour. The terrain is amazing. Huge gardens and so much room for roaming. Warm hot water bottle in my bed was unexpected, but after a long ride in the rain was appreciated.

I was here a long time ago for a few nagic nights. I love it! I Google Mapped to see if it was still open. Amazing gardens. Near the great famous Sat market in Octavalo, they had a driver who picked us up later evening and drove us from Quito Airport to Hacienda. Behind the property is a small village, we stumbled into a local festival that was great! Book early and enjoy. I'd like to stay a lot longer in this beautiful property.

I just went there for lunch , I was there 11 years ago, completely different experience. Is look like the property is not been updated for a while
