Great staff very nice people. This is separate to service as you would expect and do receive 5star R&C service. Great location. Difficult to find using Waze Google maps because of restricted location which is part of the charm. Property had sent instructions but as we’d booked through third party we did not get them. Very happy.

What an outstanding surprise. We read about Es Mirador in the Michelin but we were told the gastronomic menu was not served yet, due to covid. We weren’t expecting much, as it was supposed to be a « back up » menu. We were welcomed very professionally, in an old style manner. Service was to the point, discreet and yet very enthusiastic, with a young and elegant waiter. He made himself very available throughout the whole dinner. The attention to details, from bread refill to beverages, was very appreciated. In the plate, products were fresh and locals. The construction of each dish was very harmonious and balanced. We were delighted to hear about the history of some recipes like the mother’s chef cheesecake which was marvelous. The mix between traditional French classics and typical Ibizan recipes was a real success. If you want to taste the quintessence of Ibiza old town cuisine, you must go to this place. We hope to come back later at the re-opening of the Enoteca and to taste the gastronomic menu. A range of applauds to the team and a huge thank you for the immemorial service.
