Taco Bell - Idaho Falls

Not bad. Although I had a coupon that said a free taco of your choice because the last visit was such a long wait in line. The only problem is the fine print didn't match up with the large flashy eye catching print and that taco of your choice was a taco choice of only one of their tacos , the crispy taco and nothing else... Anyway, just typical corporate speak , but the taco was better than the original order of 5 tacos we got after the 20 plus minute wait.

They have a really hard working crew here, and they're fast, friendly, and efficient. It's easy to pop in and grab something good and not spend a lot of money. Steffany is a good manager and morale is good. We see too much drama at a lot of fast food places and it's nice not to see that here.

Very rare late night visit here. Got 2 meals totaling 22$ and big shocker, they left out items from the order. Called in and they did tell us we could pick up our tacos on our next visit but it is unlikely we will be visiting again even with the ever so tempting free taco.

Drive-thru goes by quick and I haven't had any mix up with my order. It's a Taco Bell, it's exactly what you expect. I say that in a good way.

Well staffed, good customer service, clean restaurant and people were being served fast no matter the size of their meals.
