Chopped Brisket was not good at all no season the BBQ sauce wasn't even good the only thing that was good was the french fries
Took some friends from out of town. They enjoyed the food.
Super friendly staff and the best BBQ in Colorado. Nice selection of beers on tap. I highly recommend the all-you-can-eat rib special every Monday. A great way to start your trip into the mountainsEdit: they no longer offer all you can eat ribs in Mondays but the food and staff are still amazing.
The food was way better than I was expecting and the service was fast and the staff was fantastic. Will be back next time I am in Idaho Springs!
