Staff are not trained to take orders over the counter. There is too much emphasis on app or automated system orders. So when you order over the counter staff get the order wrong. Customer service involves human interaction otherwise we may as well order from vending machines. Train your staff better train your managers pick up your game Service: Take out
Sadly no interaction with customers only when collecting food. No hi or a smile. slack. Have some good deals on the app if looking for cheap meals. Plenty of parking, even some shady parks. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$1–20
This would have to be the slowest Macca's I have ever been into. Took forever to get served, took longer to get our order. The staff have no customer service skills. Will never come to this Mecca's again. The whole store needs a good shake up from the manager on down. Wasn't asked if we wished to dine in. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast
McDonald's has changed so much. There is no friendly greeting, the food arrives cold and with no real service. Sure it is quick but you don't give your order to a person, it's recommended to use the self serve ordering machine. Unsure when I will be back, I would rather go somewhere else.
