Noodle Box Fairfield Waters - IDALIA

I ordered nasi goreng with shrimp, but it was so drenched in sauce that it was virtually inedible. The rice was mushy from being overcooked, and I found it absolutely disgusting. I also paid $4.50 for added shrimp and only received one piece.

The prices were quite high for what we received, and to be honest, the food wasn't the best in terms of taste. Additionally, the EFTPOS system was malfunctioning; the staff claimed I had no money on my card, which was frustrating since it turned out to be an issue with their internet connection. The same thing happened to the next customer as well.

Pad thai all noodles sattering of huh and all lubricated like burned oil waste of time and money

I ordered over $80 worth of food over the phone and had a family member pick it up. Unfortunately, the meal sat on the counter for over half an hour before they informed us it was ready, only to then claim it hadn't been paid for. I showed them proof of payment, but they made a scene and insisted that we pay again. They wouldn't let us leave and kept saying "sorry" in various languages without actually addressing the issue. The staff was unprofessional, and I would never return to this restaurant. To make matters worse, the food was cold and greasy, and their attitude was incredibly arrogant and disrespectful.

It’s my first time ordering from noodle box and getting takeout is a luxury.it was terrible I believe been refund would be the right thing to do. We didn’t eat it. The steam dim sims were ok. However my family and I ordered a soup and a noodle dish. The noodles were like a clump of mess. So didn’t eat at all no flavour and they were all stuck together. The soup well you’d say it was a noodle dish with half a cup of liquid. It wasn’t cheap and I’m extremely disappointed. It’s only been 30mins since the dishes were delivered and I am so upset that I have just wasted my earnings on dishes that will go to the bin.
