The room is very nice. Clean and cozy. Rates are very reasonable. The staff are very courteous, friendly and are always willing to give a helping hand. Two thumbs up!

Delicious food and generous portions! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the menu features a wide range of options. From cakes and cookies to chocolates, as well as a variety of drinks and traditional Filipino dishes, there's something for everyone. They also offer pasta dishes! You can choose to dine inside or enjoy your meal on the patio. Plus, there's a shelf of books available for you to borrow and read. Be sure to try their Spaghetti Bolognese—it's a must!

The room rates are quite expensive considering the size and quality of the rooms. There is no service phone in the room to contact the reception or make outside calls. Additionally, the shower system could use improvement; the handheld shower spray is not high-powered, and the overhead shower is mounted too high near the ceiling. The walls do not provide good soundproofing, as you can clearly hear hotel staff shouting and calling to one another, both from the reception area and the parking lot. Speaking of parking, it should be better organized, as guests end up parking along a narrow public road. Lastly, the food was not very satisfying.

Bathroom hygiene is below standard, and there's a constant loud noise from both the neighborhood and the staff. Additionally, there is no telephone service. Overall, this has been the worst experience I've had at a hotel."
