Kabob Q - Illinois

The food is good but customer service is below a bottom line, I would say thre is no such a thing. Every time I order for the pick up it always not ready or the order isnt received at all.

They were angry at me even tho my first time there. The gave me cold food probably from previous day. Check the food before take out.

I was at a party where Kabob Q (led by Faras Nassif) did the catering. They knocked it out of the park. The food was so tasty and fresh-tasting, that I had to try their Willowbrook restaurant. Whenever I’m showing houses in Willowbrook or south Burr Ridge, this is my ‘go to’ fast lunch spot.

Do not go here. Extremely poor business, rude and filthy. Arrived and nobody was around. One guest sitting in the dining room who said he had ordered and paid 20 minutes earlier and then everyone disappeared. Took him almost 40 minutes to get 1 meal. Finally 2 other team members showed up. Then they are scrambling around…working the register, handling food (including raw chicken) and never changed their gloves. Absolutely disgusting.
