I love this place. He has often changed his proprio and there it seems to keep the road!We were three, one took the torch pie, with special mention for the bacon: cut by hand in real lard and not bright red lardons (chemical so) of supermarket. So yes they have a funny color but in fact it's their true color;)I took the saffron pintade and it was well cooked, and the very pretty sauce (normal with saffron). The pork crosses are generous, usually we remove a piece but there it was always, and when we took an entry, it makes a lot bah yes still needs a place for dessert. The waitress was very kind and kind all along, and yet the terrace was full, they had work!
The cheddar burger was exquisite, my taste buds have feasted and I had never eat something better
Arrival 12:35, departure 14:35, Sunday.First, the positive points:1. the room and large and well air conditioned.2. The reception is correct, even if we waited at the entrance.3. The burgers are good and well served. It's a safe value.4. The toilets are clean even if in men an open wall is in work and sheaths visible, but if it is temporary it is acceptable.5. On the map the meal was good, I retained a good experience.6. The restaurant is accessible by the terrace.7. Prices seem correct. 100€ for 3.The axes of improvement :1. The brunch was almost empty while it was only 1:10.2. Even if it is good, with a polite staff, the service is a bit long on Sunday noon, a little less than an hour between the arrival and the meal service (composed of 2 brunch and a burger).3. The Long Island Iced Tea is not really convincing to my taste either, especially given its price. I felt more lemon than the rest of the ingredients.4. The black pinot is not served fresh enough to my taste.5. The terrace has broken, missing slabs and weeds hide a very small walk but that can be enough to take your feet.Break if you want to enjoy the Brunch come early.If I have to come back, it's on weekdays and on the map.
Very very disappointed in this place...Dry torch with bacon of a funny color and mushrooms and gruyère just placed on the top...carpacro not quite copious and then the pumpon c is the dessert,duo chocolate mousse, it looks like it was outdated...we entered there was only one table of three people taking, it immediately announced the color...to the rescue Etcheb !
