Roberto's - Iloilo

Eating is great, although the lines could run along the tiled road, the service is fast and well organized.

The best siopao in the Philippines. Unfortunately, they only have a branch in Iloilo.

Here are some of the menu as of December 2021. These may change without prior notice. Roberto's is famous for it's delicious siopao but I would also recommend their meatballs and lumpia shanghai. They're only open for take out and there's quite a long waiting line so plan your trip accordingly.

The most recommended food before going home is the Siopao with lots of sizes like regular, jumbo, king and most of all the biggest siopao size is the queen.

My all time favorite siopao in iloilo! Due to pandemic they don’t allow dine in, take away only. The queen siopao is a must and comes in a large portion. My only concern, siopao is not well packed since out of 6 siopao I bought 3 of it were leaking. And it’s quite messy to eat. But definitely the flavor is mouthwatering.
