Dined there yesterday. I was expecting a better quality of food. The customer service staff is okay though they need to improve more. The lady attending us is leaning on the table while she is taking our orders which is not okay.. kulang nalang mahambal sya nga “kaldo gustu nyu?” Basically were paying for the brand not the experience.

Poor customer service. They just holding up the counter. I had to make a heap of sound and waving my hand like a drowning seal to bill out. Gee whiz.

The WORST SALAD in Iloilo City! Shame on you! For the same salad price in fine dining restaurants within the city, Shakey's will only serve you a bunch of lettuce, croutons and dressing! LOL!!! If I didn't ask them where the bacon is, they wouldn't even put some! WTF?! This branch has never failed to disappoint!
