Mcdonald's - ILUKA

The dining experience was typical for McDonald's, but the domineering manager was quite unpleasant, constantly yelling at the hardworking staff. Despite that, we still felt comfortable. It wasn’t amusing for us or for the young employees dealing with the situation. Overall, I’d rate the food a 4/5, the service a 3/5, and the atmosphere a 1/5.

The chips were not fresh, even though I had requested them to be served fresh and hot.

Food cold, not fresh and disgusting.Half the order missing. (Family box with no chips?)Nuggets were frozen. Soggy and horrible.Burgers must have been thrown through the window before put in the bag.Basically a $120 order in the bin.Ordered pizzhut and it arrived hot. Maybe do some competitor research.If we pay $100+ for your food we expect it to arrive edible!

Ordered a larger double quarter pounder combo tonight on uber eats, waited about an hour and a half for the order to be cancelled. Called the store an hour in and asked how long it would be and they ended up hanging up straight afterwards without saying anything.
