El Gran Taco Grill - Immokalee

On my way home, I decided to try this restaurant. Since I don’t speak Spanish, I was a bit worried, but the staff was incredibly accommodating. They were super friendly and helpful! As for the food, I can’t say enough good things—it was fantastic! I can definitely see this becoming a regular spot for me in the coming weeks. The prices were great, and the portion sizes were generous. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

I waited for 9 hours to get an oil change, and after that long wait, they informed me that I would have to come back the next day. This kind of treatment is disrespectful to customers. Because I trusted them to change my oil, I ended up missing out on a job opportunity.

The dining experience was just okay. The dishes were quite pricey considering the portion sizes compared to other restaurants in the area. The main issue was that the staff seemed to struggle to understand me when I spoke Spanish. I had to rely on a Spanish-speaking friend to place my order, even though I had chosen the same Spanish dish as them. I'm not sure what the problem was, but another employee also didn’t understand anything my friend was saying in Spanish. There was a significant language barrier, which is particularly problematic if they cannot communicate in Spanish. I would recommend that the staff learn a few key English words related to the menu items. A language barrier shouldn't hinder business interactions.

Great tacos and very sharp with special sauces. I'm back.

As soon as we walked in there where roches everywhere. the biggest one was on the phone . we where service burnt wings, fries. Pasty horchata. During our meal we where made uncomfortable as if all eyes on us. When finished with our meal we thank the staff and they said que putā whatever that means
