I ordered a chicken and bean burrito, the super large bean spoon and the chicken in half, (7 little pieces of chicken, I counted them) I told the girl who served it to me, is that all? And he said, "yes "Super small and cold. I 'm not going back there.

Always good. They FILLED our burrito to the max, he could hardly roll it. Loved it. Ask for an extra tortilla and extra beans and rice ;

It’s lunch time and they do not have brown rice, black beans, steak or chicken. This is not okay. I didn’t come to chipotle for a veggie bowl.And they didn’t make any announcement. If there’s a line, 8/10 people are going to order meat. They should’ve let everyone know they ran out of meat. Why wait until people get to the window to say something?They also didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. There was about five people, including myself waiting for meat. Very unprofessional not okay.I will not be back at this location.

I got a bacterial staph infection in my throat from their berry agua fresca drink on Wednesday evening 2/21/24. I felt sick from the very first sip of this drink, it automatically infected me. It’s been 5 days and it still hasn’t gone away. The drink was low on the machine so I should’ve known not to get it, but I did it anyway because I had a delicious much more fresh one at the Coronado location before. One of the workers was on his phone in the kitchen (which is visible to the entire restaurant) with no gloves on. Phones are extremely dirty with germs and he’s handling food, so that already tells me this location is NOT CLEAN. I had to escalate this issue with Chipotle corporate and waiting for an email back.
