Alibi Ale Works Incline Public House

This is a brewpub, but it's far from ordinary. The beer selection is extensive and unmatched in quality. My preference for certain types of beer varies often, but there's always something here that excites my palate. And the food? While the menu may be focused, it certainly doesn't lack depth. Do you like Caesar salads? Who doesn't? The Caesar at Alibi is a refreshing change from the typical ones I've had lately. The dressing strikes the ideal balance of garlicky and tangy, while the croutons are perfectly seasoned. If they put this much care into a Caesar—something many other places simply slap on their menu—imagine how incredible the rest of their offerings must be. Alibi is a definite winner—every single time!

I had a fantastic time at Oktoberfest! The beer prices were excellent, and the outdoor seating created a lovely atmosphere for a great afternoon.

My brother and I enjoyed beer and pizza tonight. It was quick and delicious. Great job! We'll definitely be returning!

Nice brew pub. Not very many food choices but the pizza was excellent. Beer was fantastic.

What happened to this place? It used to be the bomb, with a unique menu and great staff who cared. Now you order basic food from the counter and hope it shows up. Bring Alibi back to it's former glory days!! We miss it dearly. Especially that corn soup!
