He had a beer and I had wine. For mains I had the lake trout (lovely presentation and fish was perfectly cooked) and he had the lobster sandwich (note they do a cool BLT twist on it and it’s served cold). Happy to have them in town and you should definitely stop in!
The restaurant has only four tables, seating two people each, and the interior feels reminiscent of a Subway sandwich shop, complete with a bar area. There was only one person working, presumably one of the owners. As a local, I have always supported their businesses and preferred their restaurant over others, frequently recommending it to friends. However, recent experiences have left a bad taste in my mouth due to the frequent inconveniences and the questionable reasons given for moving locations. If it comes down to choosing this restaurant or any other nearby, I would opt for the other option every time. They have definitely lost the loyalty of a regular customer.
Last night, I had a wonderful dinner at Kamin! I've been enjoying lobsters for weeks, and it really hit the mark! The clarified butter was so delicious I could have eaten it by the spoonful! I will definitely be returning!
We had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant we had anticipated. There were plenty of delicious seafood options, along with choices that were friendly for kids. We particularly enjoyed the lobster club sandwich, fish tacos, shrimp, and chips, all paired with glasses of wine. The atmosphere was lovely and inviting. We’ll definitely be returning!
Super good food and wonderful service
