I was pleasantly surprised to return after 45 years. The highlights for me were the breakfast buffet and the exceptional dinner at The Eagles Nest restaurant. It was one of the best meals I've experienced. The ribeye was fantastic, the Chilean sea bass was superb, and the salmon was outstanding—all cooked to perfection. My compliments to the chefs and their management.

I was very disappointed with the service I received from your staff. The service was unacceptable, and I will not be returning to your resort. It's essential to provide professional training for your employees, or you risk losing more customers like me. The staff was rude and unprofessional. I cannot recommend your resort to my friends and family.

The Hyatt Lake Tahoe is fantastic! We love the rooms in the cottages by the lake, but we've stayed in other accommodations as well, and they are all wonderful. It’s incredibly convenient to walk to the beach, pool, and dining options. The views are breathtaking, and it's Lake Tahoe, after all! The service is top-notch; the staff goes above and beyond in every aspect, from dining to housekeeping to valet and shuttle services—very professional and friendly. We've stayed here several times and keep coming back!

Old establishment needing a lot of upgrades especially the mattresses. Room smelled smoky. Lake from area was the best feature since air was clean, sun was shining and lounge chairs were very comfortable.

This hotel was just fine. The location was excellent. The service was okay. The food was overpriced and there weren't as many options as we would have liked. The room was very average, and our view was of the parking lot. There is a $29/night fee to park. When we went to the beach area mid-day, we were told there were no towels available and we had to wait half an hour for clean towels to come out! Overall, it wasn't worth the price and didn't feel like the luxurious resort we expected.
