Buffalo Wild Wings - Independence

We had to remind the wait staff that we were seated outside. However, the food and cocktails were excellent. The restaurant has been redecorated in the past year and it's evident that management has made some much-needed positive changes. Service was for a dinner meal.

I placed an online order for pickup at this restaurant. The order was ready on time and the staff was friendly. My son ordered wings and they were excellent. However, I ordered tenders with wedges and I was very disappointed. The tenders were terrible and should not be served in a restaurant. To make matters worse, I received fries instead of wedges. Overall, the service was for takeout and the meal was for dinner.

The woman at the front was very rude. She talked to me as if I were a dog. The service for takeout was slow and the food was mediocre. The atmosphere was unpleasant. I would only recommend the wings here.

The food was good. The service was ok. The waitress rushed us to pay the bill about halfway through our meal.
